Madz Deyzel is the founder of Grace Counselling, a lay counselling ministry at Grace Family Church in Durban, South Africa, where she developed the Wholeness Counselling Framework and popular the Wholeness Course. Currently, her primary focus is teaching and equipping lay counselors & 'coffee cup conversationalists', alongside consulting and mentoring churches in the development of lay counselling ministries. She holds a B.A. Hons. Degree in Theology and Counselling through the London School of Theology and the Waverley Counselling Center.


She also trained under Dr Siang-Yang Tan​ & Dr Eric Scalize on 'Developing and Maintaining a Thriving Lay Counselling Ministry' at the 2016 AACC National Conference in Dallas Texas. ​

Madz is married to Dennis who has a passion for God's word & marriages and empowering couples to deepening their understanding of the word. They together have two son's Joshua and Levi. 


Dr  Wendy-Leigh Greyvenstein is a Clinical Psychologist, she works in private practice, is involved in academia, and is a consulting Clinical Psychologist for various industries. Wendy has special interest areas in Christian psychology, clinical disorders, attachment, marriage therapy, neuropsychology and neuropsychotherapy.  Wendy'd PhD research investigated the interface of Christianity, psychology, and mental health; this has allowed her to specialize in numerous subjects pertaining to faith and psychological science. In 2019, Wendy founded Shamar Psych Consulting to provide a platform in which this integration can be further explored and applied to various contexts. Most importantly, though, she is a wife to her wonderful husband, Jan, and she is the mother to three precious children - all of whom she loves dearly. Wendy and her family are members of 3ci and are grateful for the massive privilege of being part of a Christ-centered church and community.
